How we work, in the order you will experience it.
Swatches
Tell us the look, the base fabric and the end use. We send up to five swatches free within forty-eight hours anywhere in Vietnam. Overseas, courier at cost.
Bulk samples
One to three metre cuts for fit and wash testing before you commit. Charged at cost and credited against your first bulk order.
Colour
Most of our nylon and nylon-cotton bases are dyeable. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch: lab dip in seven to ten days, minimum three hundred metres per colour for custom dyeing. Stocked grounds start at thirty metres.
Inspection
Every roll is checked for width, hand-feel and visible defects before it leaves the warehouse. Faults are marked and deducted, not hidden in the middle of the roll.

Figures above apply to our stocked range. Anything the mill has to make to order is quoted with the mill’s own confirmed lead time.
